Medco sent me the wrong prescription 3 times. The first three times they allowed me to throw out the wrong medication and did not charge - the third time they told me I had to pay it.

I have a severe allergy to medication they incorrectly sent. Very incompetent company - zero customer service. The thought was it would be more convenient to receive medication through the mail then have to drive to the Pharmacy and pick it up and I would also save more then 50% .

. not at all worth the aggravation I am going back to using my local Pharmacy.
