I received a prescription change authorization letter from Medco (now Express Scripts). When I called to ask why they were changing my Rx without talking to me, the CSR stated that they did not send the letter.

When I spoke with a supervisor, she stated that they indeed sent the letter. The supervisor was trying to connect me with a pharmacist to address my questions, to no avail - call volume was too high. When she the stated that the call center was open 24/7, I told her the letter stated the hours were from 9 to 5. She said I called the wrong number -- WHAT????

-- Wrong NUMBER, it was the number she anwsered.

These people are brain dead. My questions were never answered and I still have the orignial problem.
