My son has been on the same medication for two years. He gets it at the same time everyday by injection.

We get a 3 months supply (thank God for small favors), but I know every time I have to re-order, I will have to endure 10-20 phone calls lasting 30-60min each of incompetent after incompetent. Whether it is a new rule that the pharmacy or the insurance has imposed, they used to approve his diagnosis and now they do not, the MD letter of medical necessity is 4 months old and they want a new one, etc.. They schedule a shipment, only to call me on the day of delivery to say it is not coming...They won't return my doctor's calls. Bottom line...Medco/Accredo/Express scripts is DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE for a lapse in my son's medical care!

I do not want to do this again in another 3 months but I am forced because this is the coverage I have for my son. So much for consumer choice!
